Clear agreements for your web services. These terms explain what Sibly provides, how your contract works, and your responsibilities and ours.
The essentials
- Services are provided by Storybook OÜ under the Sibly brand. Contact: info@sibly.pro.
- Services have a minimum contract term of 12 months, including with monthly billing.
- Your order specifies the service, scope, price and start arrangements.
- Your content remains yours. Software and third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
- Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Forming the contract and its duration
These terms apply to the service contract between Storybook OÜ and the customer identified in the order. When ordering for a business, you confirm your authority to represent it. Browsing the website or requesting a quote does not create a paid contract.
A contract is formed when you confirm the order and applicable terms and Sibly accepts the order. We email a confirmation covering the service, price, period, start arrangements and applicable terms. An automatic acknowledgment of an enquiry is not order acceptance. Activation requirements and payment verification are explained in the Payment Terms.
The minimum contract term is 12 months. Monthly billing means paying for that term in instalments; it does not offer a website for a single month. The start and end of the term are specified in the order. A domain’s registration period is specified in its order.
The agreement includes the accepted order, these Terms of Use, Payment Terms and applicable service and data processing terms. Individually agreed terms take precedence over general terms. Personal data processing is governed by the Data Processing Terms; mandatory law always applies.
2. What do the services include?
The service description available when ordering specifies package features, technical limits, compatibility, AI credits and extras. Not every service is automatically included in a single package.
| Service | Scope |
|---|---|
| Website and Sibly PRO | Sibly PRO automatically creates a website using the information provided. You can edit it, add content and switch templates within your plan’s capabilities. Widget, template and AI allowances depend on the plan. |
| Web hosting | Hosting website files and databases, access and agreed backups. Email mailboxes and website maintenance are separate unless the order states otherwise. |
| Mailboxes with the selected capacity and the features described in the plan. Message migration, archiving and restoration depend on the ordered service. | |
| Website management | Agreed site and plugin updates, security updates, monitoring, malware handling, fixes, audits and improvement suggestions within the plan. Monthly work reports are not automatically included. Hosting backups and creating a new website are separate services. |
| Domains | Arranging registration, renewal or transfer under the relevant registry rules. The registrant is the customer named in the order; using Sibly’s management does not make Sibly the domain owner. |
Work outside the package and paid extras must be agreed before it starts. A plan change does not alter the price or contract duration without agreement.
Brand marketing and trust marks
Where included, brand marketing in Inforegister and Storybook follows the scope stated in the order. Visibility services do not guarantee visitor numbers, Google rankings or mentions in AI answers.
A trust mark, EVUL certificate and optional credit score display depend on the relevant service rules and the company qualifying. A mark remains valid while its requirements are met. Buying a package does not guarantee eligibility or permanent validity.
3. Accounts, access and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. Appoint authorised users, protect passwords and use multi-factor authentication where available. Report suspicious access promptly. We may verify authority before making sensitive changes or releasing data.
Do not use services for unlawful content, malware, phishing, spam or attacks against other systems. Bypassing security controls or disrupting other customers is prohibited. We investigate the circumstances of account misuse; a third party’s actions do not automatically create unlimited customer liability.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your submitted content, publication rights and information provided to your website visitors. We are responsible for providing our service as agreed. Where a problem involves customer-installed software or an external service, we help establish its scope and agree any additional work.
4. Content, software and AI
Rights to your text, images and other materials do not transfer to Sibly. You grant the rights needed to host, process, back up and publish them on your instructions to provide the service. This is not a general licence to use customer content for our advertising or AI model training.
Rights to use Sibly PRO, templates, widgets and third-party software follow the package and applicable licences. Purchasing the service does not transfer software copyright. Open-source rights remain governed by the relevant licence. Paid cloud features, AI and licence-dependent updates may end when the service ends; export options and continuing dependencies are explained before ordering.
AI-generated text and images may contain errors or resemble other content. Before publication, check your business details, claims and rights to use the materials. This does not remove Sibly’s responsibility for defects in its own service. Do not enter sensitive data into AI tools without an appropriate basis and agreement.
AI credit allowances, accounting and replenishment follow the package description. Reaching a limit does not itself authorise paid extra use. Template changes or customer-added code may require preview checks; no tool guarantees that every possible change will work without errors.
5. Support, security and service operation
Send support requests to info@sibly.pro, identifying the service, problem and when it occurred. Do not send passwords or domain authorisation codes by ordinary email. Support hours, response times and any uptime agreement are specified in the service description; these general terms do not independently promise round-the-clock support.
We implement agreed security measures and updates needed for proper service operation. Where possible, we give advance notice of planned interruptions. Urgent security fixes may require immediate action, with an explanation of their impact as soon as possible.
Backup frequency, retention and restoration scope follow the Data Security principles, Data Processing Terms and service schedule. A backup is not automatically a long-term archive. Your ability to keep an additional copy does not release us from agreed backup duties.
Using service partners does not release Sibly from its contractual obligations. For incidents, we establish the cause, impact and recovery steps. Liability and remedies follow the contract and applicable law; these terms do not generally exclude liability for data loss, service defects or breaches of our duties.
6. Suspension, termination and data handover
For overdue payment or another remediable breach, we notify you and allow a reasonable time to resolve it before restricting service. An immediate security threat, unlawful activity or binding official order may require immediate, proportionate action. We explain the reason and restoration conditions as soon as possible, where legally permitted.
Send ordinary cancellation requests to info@sibly.pro. Stopping monthly payments does not terminate the 12-month contract. For early termination requests, we explain the settlement due under the contract and law; these terms impose neither an automatic contractual penalty nor immediate collection of all future payments. Statutory withdrawal and extraordinary termination remain available.
Expiry, renewal and notice arrangements must be clearly agreed in the order. If automatic renewal was not agreed, a further term requires a new agreement. Domain expiry and restoration are also governed by the relevant registry rules.
On termination, we arrange content export, domain management handover and account closure. Data return and deletion follow the Data Processing Terms. Paid migration assistance requires prior agreement and does not restrict statutory data access rights. Technical suspension is not itself an instruction to delete customer data immediately.
7. Changes to terms and services
Publishing new website text does not itself amend an existing contract. Material changes require agreement or another lawful basis and clear advance notice. Prepaid periods are not repriced retrospectively. Service changes cannot remove statutory consumer termination rights or other remedies.
8. Consumer rights and disputes
The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to business-purpose orders. If you order as an individual outside your trade or profession, withdrawal, early service commencement and refunds are explained in the consumer section of the Payment Terms. The 12-month minimum term does not override those rights.
Contact us about defects so we can bring the service into conformity with the contract. Where provided by law, you may also seek a price reduction, termination or compensation. We respond to written consumer complaints within 15 days.
Estonian law applies without depriving consumers of protections under mandatorily applicable law. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court; consumers may also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
